TERMS FOR JOINING


a. NO Bond, NO Contract
b. Your joining is under standard IT polices of company (Refer www.prosoftinformatics.com/joinin-it-policy.aspx), company has rights to change the policy as and when required against/under IT regulations.
c. NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) is a part of joining procedure, has to be assign by everyone.
d. You have to work on Plan, schedules, and work assign (Write a program for given logic)
e. Consult with managerial plus systems analysis personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes plus determine extent of programming coding required
f. Assign, coordinates and additionally reviews work of programming personnel
g. Develop programs from workflow charts or diagrams, considering factors, like computer storage capacity speed, extent of peripheral equipment, and also intended use of output data
h. Enter program codes into computer, no externals will allow like Mobile, Pen Drive or any other device
i. Enter test data into computer, analyze test runs on computer to correct or direct correction of coded program input data
j. Compile documentation of program development subsequent revisions
k. Train subordinates in programming program coding
l. Prescribe standards for terms symbols used to simplify interpretation of programs
m. Prepare Records & Reports.
n. Report Preparation (Online using CRM)
o. Notice Period for Trainee is 1 Month and after Confirmation its 2 Months.
p. Break of Notice Period, use of External Device or Data transfer will be treat as fraud.
q. In between of Project, No reliving will be considered.
r. Confirmation period is 3 Months
s. Training Period is 1 Month.
t. After exit, Under NDA any relationship with our customers (Related to Projects you worked) till next 2 years, will be treated under disciplinary action.
u. 10% of your total package will be disbursed as retention amount and every year it will be provided with the declaration of the subsequent appraisal process of the financial year.
v. In case any employee wishes to exit the organization then the same amount will be forfeited if the total tenure of that employee is less than one year.
w. In case any employee wishes to exit the organization without notice period then the same amount will be forfeited, and appropriate action will be taken. In case of wrong information like qualification, residential address and contact details will be treated under disciplinary action.
x. In case any employee exit the organization with notice period after one year then final settlement of his salary & retention amount will be clear within 30 to 90 working days from the date of reliving date, as standard policy of IT industries.
